For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of player-protection features available on alb88, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion.

• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default time zone used for all operational references on alb88 unless stated otherwise.

Access to and use of the alb88 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

To access the full range of alb88 Services, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active alb88 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number during registration. All information must match the identity documents you will be required to submit during KYC verification.
• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. alb88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: alb88 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued betting activity. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), a photograph of yourself holding the ID, and proof of your registered payment account. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals.
• Account Security: You must notify alb88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

All transactions on alb88 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• alb88 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and via e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees, to the originating account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• alb88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems requires further verification, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been satisfied in full.

alb88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement). This means that bonus funds — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies which games and bet types contribute toward the wagering requirement. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced percentage.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been released by the expiry date will be removed from your balance automatically.

Members who are mid-way through satisfying a wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be allowed a reasonable period to complete the requirement or will have the bonus removed and their cash balance left intact.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on alb88. Specific rules for individual sports, togel draw formats, casino games, and crash game rounds are published within the relevant product sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. alb88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error.
• alb88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (a "palpable error"). A palpable error is defined as odds that were manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sporting rules for that market. Bets on abandoned matches are generally voided and stakes returned unless a sufficient portion of the match has been completed as defined in the sport-specific rules.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are published within each product category and may vary by sport, market type, and game category.

• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one selection is voided, the bet will be recalculated with the remaining selections. Minimum odds requirements for mix parlay bets are stated per market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alb88 platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions imposed on your own account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the alb88 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the alb88 platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any other game format where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financially illegal activity using the alb88 platform.

All content on the alb88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the property of alb88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the alb88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the alb88 platform without our prior written consent.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content provided on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit alb88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the following provisions:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your alb88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any applicable outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal holds.
• Closure by alb88: alb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, underage use, or regulatory requirement. • Effect of Termination: Upon closure of an account, your licence to use the alb88 platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall survive the termination of the account relationship.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting operations.

Users access the platform from Indonesia at their own initiative and in accordance with their own assessment of the applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of the alb88 platform that cannot be resolved through alb88's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Continued use of the alb88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms & Conditions took effect. We encourage all Members to review this document periodically.
